Construction on the property known as Dockside Village of the 1000 Islands will soon resume. The big factor affecting the "soon" is definitely the weather. And, as most Northern New Yorker's know, that could mean tomorrow... or, "see you in July!". So as we wait for the cold of old man winter to retreat, we will try to keep warm with the thoughts of the impending improvements to Morristown's waterfront facade.
