One Week Away !

The sea-wall is near completion and the weather is warming up for us. By next Monday, Jarrett Newby, Scott Bailey, Tim Bailey, Steve Geddes, and myself - the "Dockside Crew", will be back to work. Dockside Village of the 1000 Islands is going to be one of the biggest, and best projects in Northern New York, and if you'd like to watch all the construction process from your computer, look for the Dockside Village website at dockside villlage 1000 islands . com. There you'll also be able to read some of the public files relating to the project, and find out which businesses will be calling this massive structure home. If you have a business and are interested in leasing a space, we'll have all the up-to-date information on that as well. Again, this project is going to be constructed very quickly, so be sure to check in on the site for updated photos regularly.

Here We Go !

With most all the final paperwork in place, the snow has been bulldozed away, and the men are ready to drive some metal. The seawall will be the first element constructed on this project. Given the weather, hopefully this work will be completed in approximately 2-3 weeks. Immediately thereafter, given the rest of the paperwork and formalities are complete, the project will move into full on construction mode. If anyone is interested in working on this project, please leave a comment to this post with any questions you may have. We will email requested information to you with additional contact information. This is sure to be an exciting project and an awesome improvement to Morristown's waterfront.
